Me, Fibroid and Food Combining

Everything was normal until someday during the program to have baby after 6 months marriage life. I was sentenced that there was a fibroid behind my uterus 4 x 3 cm in size, quite big I thought.

The doctor said, it caused by  the increasing of the estrogen hormone level in my body which now I know its because my food behavior.

Do not ever think that even though you consume vegetables everyday it will avoid the possibility to get this disease


Let me continue my story about this ..
Back again during my conversation with my first indo gynecology doctor. She said that this fibroid is caused by the increasing of the estrogen in my body and it caused by the estrogen intake came from the food that I ate  just that (period)
But when I asked what kind of food that caused the  increasing of the hormone, she CANT give me detail explanation about this., just said, its hormon, its hard to describe .well I assume that she didn’t know ..


I hate when I didn’t know which I m sure I supposed to know and i can get te answer, more important that it’s disease that I m sure that there is away to get rid of it by decreasing the estrogen intake 


So, the research begin…
Starting by the search of the journal in Indonesian language or blog that write about it but once again it makes me more mad because it just somebody re-post the article but the article couldn’t explains as it supposed to. In indo blog or journal  it said that to decrease the fibroid, you have to avoid dairy product, meat, soy and also avoid the consume of coffee, chocolate and bean product.
Reading the Indo blog was make me confuse and think this is damn serious disease, because I almost cannot eat anything just the fish and vegetable
Then, I try to look for for another option, start to look for the fibroid thing worldwide and I found that Ieventhough I have to avoid soy or bean product but I still can eat soy that fermented like tempe. Why? Because tempe is rich with isoflavon than can become as a competitive inhibitor of regular estrogen like what write down on : http://www.drlam.com/opinion/firboids.asp


In the website said that soy products have been heavily promoted in recent years. It should be noted that unless soy is fermented (such as miso or tempeh), intake of unfermented soy (such as tofu) could do more harm than good in our body due to its toxic metabolites if an excess amount is eaten. Isoflavone extracts do not have this problem

This effort to fight with fibroid brought me to the other research about Food Combining

As we know that nowadays you can find in the market the digestive and dietary aids for stomach which many of them is harmful for the body 

We assume that as long as we eat little with additional of the dietary aids will help us to reduce the weight 

Have we think that to loose the weight we just have to control the food intake 

In food combination is based on the theory that different food groups require different digestion times. Digestion is helped the most by using foods which have roughly the same digestion time.

I the easy way the food combining is to manage the food that we eat because the food need different digestion and the body needs time to digest the food 

The important thing is we have to change the habit, we are allowed to eat anything but the important is how to manage the food that we eat 

This kind of habit that i m sure will help me to remove the fibroid in my body, i haven't check yet but i m sure that as long as i can reduce the estrogen hormone with the proper habit i can get what i want
